Has anyone been successful chancing a low level Andy ring or Voltaxic, etc??

We are supposedly able to chance these now, but I still don't see any of them linked in chat or trade, ever (new leagues.) There was a time when chance orbs were completely glitched, so I'd like to hear from someone who has done it before I start blowing all my chance orbs.

Voltaxic requires a ilvl 78 item, doesnt it?

Will they be able to get 6 sockets would be my question?
Imagine you roll a voltarix item level 45, would it be imposibel to get over 4 sockets on it?.. Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes

Out the 1000 or so chances ive used to get uniques from correctly leveled base items ive not got even one.(mainly tried for lion eyes glare).
I don't bother trying any-more like a lot of the crafting system its simply not worth the expense. "Blue warrior shot the food"

I would imagine thousands if not hundreds of thousands of chances are used daily. Out of all the chances used daily you still don't see an influx of new Kaom's, Soul Takers, Voltaxic, etc... It is very possible the odds of chancing these items is 1:50,000 or more.
