In-game message to guild members

Is there a way to send in-game message to my guild members (so that he can see it next time his in; not all are active on forum)?

If not, could you add that feature (something like SWTOR email)?
(especially useful , if I'm asked, when you have casual players/guild where they are not constantly playing and are not very leaned to forum messaging).

Yeah I will support this or a welcome message would be nice instead of just the status text in the guild tab. I actually have been thinking about this.

And if U are a small guild this will make it much easier to agree about something (like how and why to raise founds and all that).
