Buying from vendors is aggravating.

I agree too.
There has to be a possbility to buy stacks or at least with ctrl + left click.
Just recently I wanted to trade some things to generate some orbs and I decided
to continue farming those orbs just because of that XD.

Even just playing through normal for the first time, I'm already frustrated by having to keep checking that there aren't any transmutation stones or whatever randomly floating around my inventory instead of being in their stack. I first noticed this happening when selling junk to vendors.

I'm a new player and no farmer, but +1 for stacking items automatically. This is something that needs to be fixed.

Signed. Trading up to higher denominations was terribly time-consuming in CB and from what I've seen of OB so far it has improved little.

Or at all. This is just one of those wee things that goes untold miles when its implemented.

Dear god, i just bought 10 jeweler's orbs for 20 orbs of alteration at the vendor.. That took me way long then it should.. First buying them one by one, placing them in my inventory in separate slots, since they don't stack.. Then re-stack them after you've bought them... I can't imagine what you must've been going trough, doing that for over an hour x.x

I came here specifically to post about this; glad to see I'm not alone. Anything - even just a shift+click in the vendor interface - would be better than manually dragging each purchased item to a new slot in your inventory.

Also, I noticed that when you buy something from a vendor and the price isn't in your inventory it will get subtracted from your stash instead. This seems like an unnecessary pitfall (i.e. it makes it too easy to accidentally buy something you didn't want), especially when you are buying items in bulk and your attention slips.

Hmm, my opinion on this little bit here is different. I actually really like it. When Im done runs, I just funnel the currency into the stash, as I really want max slots for carrying more goodies per town return.
