Orb of chancing to try to be rich.

I'm going to use orbs or chance/scouring in order to attempt to become rich, what is the best item to try and get with this? Also how likely is it to happen and is there any other info I should know before doing it. Thanks. Also I know it will take time and everything but I have the items for it I'm just looking for the most efficient way to do this. Also I want uniques not rares.

Probably the best item to get would be Kaom's Heart or Shavvrones Wrappings.
Although heavily nerfed since release those items are still very powerful and very expensive too. Keep in mind that the more rare the unique item you are trying to chance is the lower are your chances of succeeding. There are no known data or odds in getting a unique but I have used close to 1k chance orbs on random Glorious Plate and still haven't chanced one Kaom's. You should note that the base item of Shavvrones Wrappings, Occultist Vestment can roll another unique called Infernal Mantle which is not so worthy. There are so many dumb people playing PoE right now, and GGG wants you to abuse them so buy yourself a spine bow for 1 alch or something, start streaming and do this:
"chance my voltaxic with your scour/chance and win 7 exalted orbs!" After you've basically stolen 100 exalts worth of currency from these poor sods, give the 7 exalts to the "lucky" guy who got you your volt. After that proceed to sell your volt for 30ex+ Enjoy your profit of 23+ ex for doing nothing but tricking noobs and people who have no sense of random (which just so happens to be the vast majority of the population of earth). |

wow i cant believe there are people who hold the same beliefs as I do, this random lottery stuff is the most retarded thing ever, and i see people falling for it.
anyways my two cents: PLEASE GIVE US A MARKET TO TRADE RATHER THAN SPAMMING TO SELL ITEMS.... seriously that is the one BIG flaw of this game, we need a market where you can just put up stuff for sell like diablo 3's auction house in a sense (but not auction, market where you can see everyones price for say an exalted orb, (lowerst price on top)) |

Is there a database to check what is the required Itemlevel in order to chance uniques ?

I always chance the following items:
Glorious Plate - (Kaom's Heart) Siege Axe - (Soul Taker) Occulist Vestment - Shavronne's Wrappings (Or Infernal Mantle which you DON'T want). Nightmare Bascinet - (Bringer of Rain) Hubris Circlet - (Crown of Eyes) Good Luck! IGN - Suntra / Cataumet

The most cost-effective way of going about it is to have a stack of chances in your inventory at all times and to just pick up Glorious Plates, Occultist Vestments (though maybe not, Infernal Mantle. Natch.), and Karui Mauls (less profit in the end but they're everywhere).
Scourings are getting expensive, especially with GGG nerfing builds almost every single patch and people needing to alter the level of their gems and rearrange their skill trees with regrets. IGN: Ikimashouka, Tsukiyattekudasai, DontCallMeMrFroyo
