Unexpected Disconnect, normal packet loss.

I went through the entire log.

There have been 79 disconnects since I installed on the 9th.
All are the same.

The WinMTR report only shows minor packet loss and latency issues at GGG's side, nothing which should lead to that much disconnects. The connection from your side still looks fluent. I sincerely have no idea what is going on, thou I am a layman only. GGG is currently having a huge E-Mail backlog, maybe contact your ISP nonetheless and ask them if they have an idea what could be happening?

I would call it a software issue but not being able to pin it down to an in-game event makes it really hard to specify. As a last resort you could try to connect to the game using a VPN client: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/103073

So, I am able to make the connection.
There is no significant packet loss.

Therefore, it is highly unlikely that this is a connection problem that a VPN would solve.

At this point the higher probability points to something on the server or a software issue.

How do we escalate this? I am certain, by reading the boards, that there are more people than just myself who are experiencing this problem.

Honestly, I have no idea where to go from here on anymore. The WinMTR reports did not look suspicious to me unlike the countless others on this forum reporting similar issues. The client does not crash so I do not strictly suspect a hardware issue.

The freezing sounded unnatural why I suggested making an own thread in the first place.
Does it still freeze sometimes? Sorry that I can't help otherwise.
Thank you for the reply.

You are remarkably patient and I thank you for that patience.

Additional info that may have no bearing:
I experience the disconnect issues with various types of characters in different areas and acts. I believe that this cab eliminate any character specific abilities that could be the issue.

Otherwise, it appears that the problem is a failure to get the Instance Details from the Login Server.

What could cause that?

I have logged in, the program has been working then something happens that causes the disconnect.

I am speculating at this point and must assume that there is something somewhere in my configuration that is the root problem.

What confounds me is that I have no issues with any other product.

Best regards,

Saxondragon
