Can't Unlock Act 3 Sewers

Hello, I'm on Act 3 Cruel Difficulty. I got the quest state and the Sewer Keys but when I click on the sewers nothing happens, they dont open, nor do i get a chat message.

" Had that problem too, just make sure you actually press the grates. Sometimes it targets the entrance behind them. |
