What is this yellow blobs surrounding monsters

I have done some low lvl 66 maps and suddenly the monsters get this mod witch gives them a yellow blob of "shield" around them and this is making the totally impossible to kill.
Totally impossible to even harm would be a better description.
It says casts lightning nova but im not sure it is it.
How do i deal with this ones?
Skelly totems or spark totems hav no effect at all.
It kind of sucks when you even cant hurt them a little bit at least.

If you're talking about what looks like a bubble, it makes the monsters inside invulnerable to damage originating outside of it. You have to get in the bubble to damage them while it's active. It's not always on though, so you can wait until it shuts off to attack.

Is there a kind of penalty for doing same map over and over again?
There seems the monster mods always get more bad with every map i do.
Until they get so hard i cant even do the map.
I have never got an easyer map when i choose to do same over and over.
It cant be random thats for sure.

Maps have whatever properties you roll on them. Some are harder for certain builds than others. Some maps are just harder for everybody (like the Orchard with the insane boss). Unless you're talking about doing the maps as white.

the yellow sphere who make the monster really hard is it a skill or curse or similar?

I've noticed the same thing happens if you keep resetting an instance. I had noticed some streaming who keep resetting the level even though they hadn't finished it. I did it a few times myself and it seems the level gets harder. I also noticed the drops seem to get better too. Maybe it's a psychological thing though.

White maps should be about the same difficulty as other white maps of the same map.

The bubble is a skill that the monsters have. You can't get it, but you can use them as spectres and get inside their bubbles.
