Cannot find production_Config.ini file

hey i have been playing path of exile recently and i experienced low fps, so i turned down the texture quality in the production_Config.ini file.
then for some unknown reason, my path of exile resetted to defaults, putting my texture quality back to high , etc etc. i thought it would be no problem to change the production_Config.ini file again, but i cant find it the game runs fine, besides low fps making it unplayable in act 3 screenshot of my path of exile folder: http://gyazo.com/ba995f8bea9b5f787c1b339e8fa5d792 |

It's not usually in that folder at all, its in c\users\<pc name>\my documents\my games\path of exile
