Path of Exile freezing my computer and I have to hard reboot

Path of Exile freezes my computer lately and I re-formatted my computer, re-installed Path of Exile, re-installed Graphic card driver and Direct X 9. But my Path of Exile crashes within 10-20minutes of play. It freezes up my computer and makes a nasty sound.

I have a duo core 3.0 GHZ intel processor, SSD hard drive, geforce 9800 GTX and 4 GB of DDR2 ram, is that good enough to play this game?

Your PC is be good enough for the game.

I'd look around at the stickies, especially this one. It's about BSOD with some sound cards, but I think it could apply to your case too.

The other thing I'd look into is overheating. NVidia has some app to check the temperature of your graphics card(NVidiaSystem Monitor I think). If you haven't cleaned your PC case in a year or so, then it's probably worth cleaning it. If you're not sure how to do it, look it up, there are plenty of guides and videos around. Just make sure you don't break your PC :)
