Most of which seems to be faults from garena
1) Apparently only Singapore/Malaysia IPs are allowed connection. (Not sure if intended)

2) Poe.exe does not appear in garena client after download. (Fixed)

3) Certain downloading/runtime errors that prevent the game from running(garena client) *(semi-fixed)

Glad GGG didnt have that much problems during release...

Well it used to be the alternative to battle.net for warcraft 3 players.
Plus it supported pirated copies too. So naturally it became popular. Till dota 2 I guess.

Now the main games they have would be LoL and blackshot I believe.

Nah, it is possible that the exclusion of other countries is indeed a launcher error.

But the GM specifically said something about a Vietnam IP ban, which really sucks, imo.
GGG wouldn't want to have our fellow Vietnamese not play the game.
Hope the affected players can lift the ban in case on case base.
