The most fun Build to level with Tabula Rasa!

Lightning warp + Faster Casting + Concentrated Effect + Added cold Damage + Increased Critical Strikes + Elemental Proliferation

Jump around, shock and freeze enemies, proliferate freeze and shock. Proceed to desync and die... hilariously.

Dominating Blow -> Melee Physical -> Melee Splash -> Added Fire Damage -> Faster Attacks -> Increased Duration


Why fight the hordes of enemies alone when you can make friends as you go?

This combined with Facebreaker/Meginords and some decent jewelry... yeah, it's fun. Depending on mana needs you can replace some of those gems with Blood Magic or Reduced Mana as well.

And of course, Q20 on everything makes it even more fun.

I wanted to try something with a Quill Rain:

Split Arrow + Cast on Critical Strike + Power Charge on Critical Strike + Arc + Arc + Arc

Suicide Bomber:

Molten Shell + Crit + Crit Mag + Fire Pen + Elemental Proliferation + Chance to ignite

As backup: Cast on Death + Discharge + Crit + Fire Pen

Gameplay:
1) Run speed + Decoy totems to bunch up tonnes of mobs
2) Enduring Cry for charges
3) Run into the crowd and let Molten Shell pop.

Dunno about you, but 6-slotted Volls are kinda hard to get.

Assuming you have a Rasa I find that having Frenzy, Blink strike, Multistrike all in the same one (to save a multi strike) is hilariously entertaining. Add damage method of choice, weather it be crit or ele dmg or just more physical. Melee Splash is Also something to consider.
