"Friend is now online" notifications sent even if accounts are not mutually friends.

Friends list behaviour alows other people to track your online presence even you don't want it. Let's say you have account A and account B. A sends "add friend" reuqest to B and B declines it. B is nonetheless added to A's friends list at time when request is sent, not accepted. But A is not added to B's friends list. Now A receves notifications when any of B's account characters become offline, while B is completely unaware of it. B can be added to friends even when he is offline.
Accepting friends request doesn't seem to change the situation, since if B removes A from friends list, B is not removed from A's list. For now there is no way to prevent anyone from spying on you.
In addittion to fixing this bug it would be nice if I had an option to "stay offline" for some people that are in my friends list.

i definitely support the synchronation of friends lists mentioned above.

persistant friend entries were helpful when you wanted to know the account name of a character: you just added the char as friend. this functionality could be moved to the /whois command.

Yeah I've noticed this, but in a weirder way. Namely, I must've declined somebody that I actually wanted to have on my list, and now he can see me online and everything but he's not on my list. Wasn't sure what happened but I see now.
