Reflect and Blind

I was wondering if the Blind effect impacts damage reflect from attacks. I know that Evasion/Armor/Block/Resists can all reduce reflect damage, and an enemy cursed to take extra damage will reflect more damage.

What I haven't been able to determine is whether reflected damage from a blinded enemy has an additional 75% chance to miss you (assuming you don't have unwavering stance). Or perhaps reflect damage would be reduced if the player was blinded?

A related question is if the accuracy reduction due to the Enfeeble curse would effect reflect's chance to hit. I don't think that the physical damage reduction from Enfeeble would effect reflect, but the accuracy decrease might. I don't know if the accuracy number used is from the player, or the monster.

Reflect is not an attack. Blind reduces the chance to hit wich only attacks are affected by.

Mark while you are at it - what happens to reflected damage if you have Tempest Shield on?

I am assuming you still get to block the damage as normal, but will Tempest damage yourself, the enemy that reflected at you or won't trigger at all?

When an enemy has the reflect mod, does reflect activate every time I hit it or is there a percentage chance of the enemy reflecting the attack?

Reflect is guaranteed.

Will reflect suffix in map stack with reflect aura by rare mob or shrine?
I thought they won't but someone told me he ripped by double physical reflect.

They definitely stack, double and even triple reflect is very dangerous if you have high DPS
