100% Reduced Mana Reservation

Hello.
Today i had an idea to make something like auradin. I did some searching and I think you can get 100% reduced mana reservation. Taking ALL the mana reserve nodes in the passive tree (with Mortal Conviction behind BM)and uniques like Alpha Howl and Prism Guardian with reduced mana gem. You could get pretty high reduction. There is 46% on the tree + 28% from uniques * (30% less from mortal conviction)= 96.2% on gems in Prism Guardian. I have no idea how to count reduced mana gem, but it will give 100% for sure, maybe even without shield(because of only 3L). So there are my questions: Is it worth doing? Is it capped somehow? 46% on tree
8% from Alpha's Howl 25% for gems socketed in Prism Guardian (these run off life) Mortal Conviction and Reduced Mana work differently and won't give 100%. Sorry. IRON MAN

but it will cost only 8% of the real cost...so it 5% to 60% oura...it still nice

In next patch GGG buff Mortal Conviction to 40%. So now it's possible :D

100% Reduced Reserve would get you 0% Reserve; you can already do this with Mana Costs.

Hmmm, interesting, yes i think you can do it by putting your 3 aura gems in Prism Guardian (-25% mana reserve) linked with reduced mana each, plus the +/-40% reduced mana reservation from tree & 8% from Alpha's Howl that will give you 100% reduced mana reserve
Prism Guardian = -25% mana reserve Reduce mana support gem = -29% mana reserve Mortal Conviction = -40% mana reserve 2 4% or 1 5% Reduced Mana Reservation Alpha's Howl = -8% mana reserve total = 99-102% reduced mana reserve As you notice that you can only do this to 3 aura gems. cause the only max slot for the shield is 6, 3 for the aura gems & 3 for the support gems linked in each aura gems. Now its up to you to which aura you need, the best aura for me is Hatred for cold dmg, then either choose Determination / Grace or both for physical defense, &/or 1 or 2 for Elem resistant. Now is it worth it? its kinda good but going for passive will be dependent on the class, this is good for both marauder & Templar since this too is the closest to the mortal convictions. Plus you'll be dependent on gears as well. the choice is yours. =D |
