Ignore all movement penalties from armour

How much do you think it gives back in % movement speed would you say. I can't find information that gives that. I seem to be faster but I would like to know how much.

"Body Armours and Shields have inherent Movement Speed penalties. In general, all STR and STR/INT Body Armours come with an '8% reduced Movement Speed' penalty and all other Body Armours have a '4% reduced Movement Speed' penalty."

IIRC the pure str also give a movement penalty (on top of the body armor penalty).

" Nope, it doesn't. Neither does armour rating on its own like some people incorrectly believe. Only the actual items (chest armours & shields) give you movement penalties. |

" Very good question. Probably not. "Movement Penalties from Armour" is a term applying to a specific mod. The mod on QotF is not that mod. |

" No, since it's not a movement penalty, but an explicit modifier. Movement penalties are hidden implicits. I tried it a while ago, and it did not work. I didn't expect it to work though. I make dumb builds, therefore I am.
