Is spell block capped like normal block?

I would imagine so, but it is much more dificult to get spell block than normal block, so I don't know.
I doubt GGG would want people having 100% spell block, so I daresay there is a limit, but I don't know what it is. "Minions of your minions are your minion's minions, not your minions." - Mark

Actually with two unique's and one passive it is even easier to cap spell chance to block than it is chance to block attacks (I have 172% block chance applied to spell blocking). However I could not tell you what the block cap is.
