250ms CD on Cast when Damage Taken actually means?

If you have a gem setup of For example Cast when Damage Taken, Ice spear, Raise Zombie, Arctic Armor (Don't ask why), And they would all procc on the same instance, would they all be cast, or would only one of the linked spells be cast due to the cooldown?

Does the CD mean the skill can only cast 1 spell per procc or not?
It will cast all spells supported by it, but all of them only once every .25 seconds at max.

Well...not really, though the lightning thorns interaction is extremely hilarious, I'd be pretty mad if that happened every time I see a Blackguard Mage...

0.25 seconds shouldn't affect your normal usage of the gem anyways.

I use it with Enduring Cry and Decoy Totem. I noticed this morning that sometimes I would get a totem with no endurance charges and other times get endurance charges with no totem. It felt like it was randomly casting a linked gem.
Was having this same issue with the totem.

Enduring Cry has a 4 second cooldown. CwDT does not bypass this.
