Reduce trap cooldown time

New gem that would reduce trap cooldown time? Or a another trapping unique that would reduce the cooldown time of traps? Quite lame to throw all three traps in a second but have to actually wait another second just to toss one more trap.

Yeah I also think the cooldown recovery is too long, it doesnt feel right to not being able to spam your main ability, i feel my dps is just horrible once i fire my first 3 traps...
To maintain a correct dps you have to run at least 3 differents traps wich is a lot of slot requirement

well think about it. if you were able to spam 1 trap all the time then it would not require you to do anything else. by making it have a cool down time it is important to have multiple traps or at the very least you need to be smart about how you us your traps. if you don't like the trap cool down you could always switch to mines. they are basically traps but 2 big differences.
#1. you have to go to the area where you want to place the mine.
#2. you can place 5 right off the bat.
on a side note for #2 i find that if you set up a mine area you can lead enemies into your mine field. and if they are melee you can place them at your feet. then detonate.
another option is to use the trap support gem http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Trap_(support_gem)
if you are a single type of element trap user you can do several things with it.
for example if you use lightning you can have the lightning trap gem then have spark and arc gems hooked up to the trap gem. then you have 3 different traps but they all gain the same benefits for the price of just the lightning trap
for fire use the fire trap and fire nova gems. then have firestorm hooked up to the trap gem. as before they all benefit from the same passive nodes.
for ice use freeze mine plus cold snap and ice nova on the trap gems. same as the above 2. 3=1.
so it's not that hard to use more than one trap and still get good damage. all it takes is some thinking it through and seeing what gems are out there.
