Nessa-Merveil quest reward

When entering the Cavern of Wrath, Nessa provides you with a Support gem quest reward.
Should the player decide to "choose later", it does not appear on the map or WP, that there is a quest remaining or a reward not chosen

It also doesn't say that a quest was completely and a reward taken.

this cn cause a player to forget that he/she still has a support gem they can choose at a later time.

I've encountered this. Have the quest says return to Nessa for reward but she has nothing for me, and no option to claim it.
