Got my exalted pack today, but the deliveryguy charged about 43 usd for shipping costs, i was like, wtf is this?
anyone else got this? thought they stated international shipping was free..... i live in the netherlands btw |

" i found out why i had to pay at delivery: there is a customs fee for goods shipped from the usa to europe, but i dont know why it is that high, the goods are worth about 60 usd, and the customs fee is 19% at most, so 43 usd for customs is insane high...... not sure if the customs fee was calculated with the total price of the supporterspack, but that would be ridiculous since the physical goods are worth less. |

Bump so people can see the pictures if they so desire - also, my second pack should arrive today or tomorrow, and I just got confirmation that my third pack has been shipped, so it should arrive in about a week :)
I still haven't been contacted about how the Eternal pack is to go down, which I attribute to the giant backlog of things GGG is currently handling, so no rush on my end. did not get a 'your J!nX stuff got shipped'-Mail ... just got a confirmation to my order ... on NOVEMBER 8th! dunno if I will get my stuff ever because it statest that they would only work on orders from before 1st November ...

" They probably queued the orders to ship to certain counties first, to ship according to which pack was ordered, and to ship chronologically to when the order was placed. If you bought your pack right before release or something, it'll probably be one of the last ones shipped. My package arrived at the office yesterday after I had gone home for the day. Opened the package this morning and all I received was the PoE T-Shirt. Called Jinx regarding the issue and was told they ran out of Key Chains and that it would another week or two before they could ship me the Key Chain and Stickers.
Just my luck. |

" So the Chobits and Zelazny came through alright? Update: Got my second pack just now; it was my Divine pack (just the one shirt, keychain, and stickers). This leads me to believe my first shipment was my Exalted pack, since it had both shirts and the skill tree poster, keychain, and stickers. J!NX states my third pack, which would be my Eternal pack, has shipped, so I expect it here in about a week. Still wondering how the signed aspect of things comes into play, since I never got an email to clarify what I wanted signed, but I'm not too concerned about it.
