Need help, late game nemesis build

So after debating my current build didn't make much sense, so I decided I would be going Rain of arrows and poison bow linked with blood magic (life leech also or too much?? also physical dmg type) then use my mana for Haste and Grace... here's my thoughts on the passive. I'm very new so this is my attempt at making a late game/map build for HC nemesis. Any thoughts on my tree? What can I change or improve?

lol way off?
134% life is not enough for a HC char. You will almost certainly desync or lag or 'WTF - did anyone get the name of that truck that ran me over?' (At least this is the prevailing wisdom of HC players, I dislike HC and dont play persnally.)

150% is bare bones minimum and thats with experienced players and good gear.

Other than that, drop the EVA nodes on the bottom of scion and take the armor nodes on the left part of duelist. Wear EVA gear and let the conversion multipliers from IR do their thing.
(Armor nodes apply twice, once when EVA is being retyped to AR and again after the EVA becomes AR. I know this sounds odd but it really happens. http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Iron_reflexes )

Too tired atm to look at the separate builds -Ill take a look in the morning (sorry)

RT is better for handling reflects and the 100% hit chance makes you safer due to never missing when you need a LL or LGOH proc to keep living. It also saves you points from dealing with accuracy. Ive looked at a dozen builds in the last few hours and cant remember whos is what (lol) but even if youre getting free accuracy from nods with Weapon dmg, RT is not bad.

Crit is usually larger and faster dmg, at the cost of making reflects something to consider. I rarely build with crits even on nonRT builds because I personally prefer steady dmg to spiky dmg.

Too tired to think of anything else to say, ill check back tomorrow.

Both builds look viable. Id move a couple points here to there, but they arnt game breaking moves and people constantly debate on the relative usefulness of them. There is no clear answer to if they really are better or just a style choice.

I prefer RT because when i need my LL or LGOH i know its going to hit and heal me. But the crit is more dmg at the expense of at least 5% chance to miss(with your dex you should be at 95% hit rate).

As I mentioned i dont play HC, but for a first HC toon, id tell you to play the RT one. Its safer and less likely to 'WTF die'. But, the real answer is play the one that interests you the most, RT or crit. Both have enough life and armor/eva to protect you, and enough dmg to work in endgame. Pick the one you like best and have fun :)
