suggestions - item type upgrade gem - reset points

I have a suggestion for the developers to consider .. while there are several things making me nervous in the game I oplny pick up these:

1. add a item type upgrade gem = for example you have a normal difficultyy armour with 50 defence but it has amazing stasts and you want to keep it (mostly case of uniq items) so you could upgrade the item type(of the same appearance) to a higher difficulty .. ofc the requirement will get higher but the base stats would grow (defence, damage etc..) .. this was also present in diablo 2 a s a recipe for cube

2. add a 1 time skill reset option for completing each difficulty.
It is good to have the option to change some skill with orbs of regret but this only helps you to correct some small changes but what if you come to a case where you have spent 40 points wrong and would like to correct that mistake. Mostly people will try everything not knowing what awaits them and building a new hero is from my point of view not a sollution (will probably encourage people to stop playing instead). As there are almostu unlimited ways to amke your skill point work there is only one very painfull way to change them. Most of the fun comes actually from the skill point tree soo let´s make it even more vital ..

3. could there be separate gems that add a new slot of specific colour? :)
