What do you guys think?

Square Enix's Luminous engine looks REALLY good, they did some cool stuff when developing FFXIV that allowed for clothing to auto-size around any character model - which in the development world takes an extremely long time to do right now. I'm sure this has been included in the Luminous engine, which is a pretty big breakthrough in development time for games.

Unreal Engine 4 allows direct editing within "game" mode, or while the game is actually being ran. Which is AWESOME. I've never tinkered around with Cry Engine before, and I doubt Luminous Engine is available to the public to do so.

My props still goes to the guys over at Epic Games. Allowing for full use of their Unreal Engine for anybody to use, and it actually being extremely easy to develop on is a really nice thing to do in such a cut-throat industry.

I side with the 20$ engines that actually work on my machine instead of beeing able to render beardhairs in realtime.

I wish more development went into ready-to-use AI functions for these engines, so we could get those low-tier devs (or really, any at this point) to actually make their games remotely challenging.

I, personally, think the new cryengine is awesome

I think that they all look great and cant wait to see them used in the games that are coming out. But what i say is that its only going to get better in terms of Graphics.
