Do "Extra Gore" Mods Stack?

As the thread title asks, do Extra Gore modifiers stack, for even more extra gore?
If not, please (GGG) make Extra Gore + Extra Gore = Extra Extra Gore :) If so, how would you go about designing an Extra Gore character build? Since we've got plenty of for-serious-builds being discussed, I thought it might be kind of fun to focus purely on building around making the most absolutely, gut wrenchingly, appendage spewingly, gorgeous Bloody Mess kills possible. I suspect the build will involve Facebreaker, though not necessarily be unarmed, as I suspect you'll want crits to be involved.
