Passive Skill Wipes

Hi. I'm wondering where, or if at all, I can find out when passive skill wipes are coming. Just a small thing I've been thinking about for a while, and just wondering if anyone could give some info on when the next one is coming, or if there's a thread that says when the next one is.

We dont really know when they are coming, other than when the devs inform us about them.
