Two Suggestions: Ice Queen node and Intelligence-to-Damage node
Basically, I'd love to have the a keystone node for an Avatar of Fire-esque elemental damage for the otehr two elements, Ice and Lightning. Obviously with the title, if I had to pick one I'd choose the Ice node, but it'd be nice to have the option.
The other idea is a keystone node for the witch, adding a intelligence-to-damage conversion when using weapons like rapiers. Possibly losing the mana-buff? Or some sort of negative. The idea would be that as you get smarter, you learn more about the anatomy of creatures and people, and can attack their weak points on purpose. Dunno what I'd call it, "Anatomist"? "Surgical Precision"? The other option is to increase crit-chance massively and lower your normal damage output to compensate, also decided by your intelligence.' TL;DR Ice and Lightning "Avatars of" keystone, and a melee-damage/crit-chance keystone that takes intelligence. This thread has been automatically archived. Replies are disabled.

Ice and Lightning avatars are impossible, due to infinite loop; you can't have "Converts 50% of Cold damage to Fire" and "Converts 50% of Fire damage to Cold" simultaneously. Physical converts to anything, Cold/Lightning converts to Fire or Chaos but not Physical, Fire converts to Chaos but not to anything else, Chaos cannot convert to anything (notice it's left out of Avatar of Fire). Not necessarily the way I would have done it, but the precedents are established. The only precident that isn't established is Cold to/from Lightning.
When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted. " If they do add such keystones, it would have to override all other conversions to prevent such a loop. I'm in favor of adding the other two Avatar keystones, but it would have to override anything else. |

They added "does not work if you have Chaos Innoculation" to unique items.
Wouldn't be impossible to add "Does not work if you have Avatar of Ice or Lightning". And scrotie, it's not an infinite loop. You have a base damage type (or types). The conversions are applied additively, or rather, side by side. So if you have Cold to Fire and Fire to Cold, what happens is that it converts the original COld damage to fire, and the original Fire damage to Cold. It does not convert the already converted damage. If for some reason that is not the way it works - it should be. Forum Warrior - Why are you creating a thread about this subject? Use Search! " That's not true. For example, if you have hrimsorrow and cold-fire, you'll convert some phys to cold, then some of that cold to fire. Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

Bump re: The intelligence part~
I didn't know all that about the different cross-talk between element types. |

" Seems to me it would work just fine, assuming both preclude any other type of damage. Grabbing "ice queen" and "avatar of fire", therefore, would mean you do 0 damage.
