Just out of curiosity Henry, it would be rather 'easy' to get rid of what I assume to be one of the largest outside trading plagues to PoE. Forum gold is mentioned in your disclaimer on what isn't allowed, even.

Could you not just have a person register on d2jsp yourself and catch a couple people in the act? All it would take is a couple a day and you'd stop most of it, I think.

Is there a reason you don't do this? Something that doesn't legally allow you to or something?

This is likely a joke.

His previous message was 'Quitting and selling all my gear, no lowball noob offers'.

Then 'Selling my exalts on Ebay, $2 each'.

So probably not a joke, but he doesnt care about his account being banned since hes quitting.

I'm a member on d2jsp since diablo II games. Sometimes I wander to PoE trading forums, because people sometimes sell gear for orbs there in regular manner when quitting etc. Believe me when I say - that forum is a Joke - RMTing wise. Few posts per day. Few (regular) players trade there daily, few dozen orbs sold and bought for RMT. It's nothing. Drop in a ocean. Zero threat estimate.

On the other hand there are professional boters selling trading sites that operate in every game and field that can yield profit and do it for decades. Ones that spam you ingame chats. They are organized money making machinery, selling tons of orbs (really cheap). I suspect RMTing in this game is rampant. Question is, does GGG percieve it as thread and are they doing something about it?
