Remove everything but life passives in the int section. Dps, ES, reco, everything. Just remove, replace with life
It's about the concept guys, not the numbers ;)

You can increase -20 to -100 if you like. I don't have the figures necessary to make the nodes balanced especially since I just started playing this week

Additionally I couldn't say whether it would be better to place just big keystones for these or to distrubute the concept across a lot of smaller nodes or a combination of the two. What I wanted to express was simply the concept of quirky MF passives that players can feel like they take ownership within their playstyle, or to ignore altogether. I didn't want the MF passives to be no brainers and that's whey their are all these weird strings attached to each one of them.w

Sounds OP. I like it.

I was just joking btw, BearCares. I like the idea, but honestly, in a loot game, I feel that no matter the strings attached, people will want it, thus feel like its required.
Its really just greedy.

Any "general" or "overall" MF node will be a requirement
There is a rather large space right in the very middle of the tree - why not put a +100% IIQ/IIR node right there? :)
My knee jerk reaction was "please no, I don't have close to enough skill points as it is."

I suppose if they added Luck as another prime attribute, and had you go deep into a cul-de-sac (Treasure Hunter/Rogue) that forks out of the dex nodes to get a modest amount of this stuff at high cost... maybe.

But these are super crazy ideas.
i like the passive tree as it is, being more about strategy and contributing to your characters build.

Since passive points are not all that abundant, the IIR/IIQ stat is best left as a deal sweatener on items and gear, not an essential.

just my 2c.

or it could be -20% maximum elemental resists :D.
But for me all IIQ,IIR bonuses seem kinda cheap especially on passive tree.
