desync and booting constantly!!!!!!! Cannot play!!!!!!

All day I game has been desyncing then booting me. I play 5-10 minutes of time before the boot. The whole time with massive desyncs .

quad core 2.5 ghz E5420
10 gb ram
1 gb NVIDIA Quadro FX 3700

Cable connection 30Mbps

Speed test results ( ping 19ms, Download 29.76Mbps, upload 11.61)

Every driver up to date

No other processes running.
