Scion not unlocking, even after killing Hillock in cruel

Had same post in bug reports: http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/565686

I recently died on the nemisis server to dominous, and went back to kill him on standard. I succeeded, proceded normally, and finished the quest, talked to lady diliala and went through the portal. I even tried finished the hillock quest, but scion is not unlocking.
I can provide screenshots of any info you need, or any specs you need, just ask.
Please respond, this is very frustrating and I'd like to start a new HC character with scion =/

EDIT: I tried logging out and back in, closing the client and reopening multiple times, nothing is working. I'd really like a reply on this ;~;

Everyone always says "beat act 3 to unlock Scion, lololol"
You actually talk to her to unlock her. Scour the room just before the final boss.

Oddly. I'm having the same issue. I've spoken to Scion and released her... but I failed to talk to her a second time once she steps out of the cage.

Now when I go back, she's not there... and I still don't have the Scion unlocked... despite having the achievement.

There isn't a work around, they nerfed obtaining her in 1.0.2
