Is this robe too bad for act 3 normal?

Started act 3 and suddenly my health is being hammered by monsters very quickly, died twice in the marketplace not fighting any bosses. Is it time to ditch my armor and go for a decent 150-200 evasion chestplate (playing as an archer)?

60 HP won't make much difference, no. But if you have enough life nodes on the tree, 60HP can become 120 or 180 etc...

Also, yeah your robe sucks. If you really want the extra dmg per hit, get a Zandethus' cassock. Otherwise, any old ilvl 50 rare would be better than your current robe.
Thousand ribbons is a great robe early on, or, if you're taking advantage of the free elemental proliferation, but otherwise it's not.
