Been running this build on Domination this week. Its an absolute blast (no pun intended). Simply drop your curse, smack somebody, and watch an entire room explode. Currently I'm working on upgrading some aspects of it (moving to some 5Ls, replacing my weapon with something better, adding some enhancements to side gems, etc.).

I've made it to 64 on this build so far, it was a very quick leveling progression compared to some other builds I've tried. I've run some 66 maps with no real issues at the moment but I need to work on the survivability of it.

Pros
-Insane DPS that pops entire packs at once.
-Easy single target kills as well as group.
-High life on kill insures that as long as enemies are popping, you're healing.

Cons
-Facetanking sucks.
-Fire Resist/Elemental Reflect mobs are problematic, but not huge issues.

Suggested Modifications

Gear

Gems
R Infernal Blow
-R Life Gain on Hit
-R Melee Splash
-R Weapon Elemental Damage

With a 5L Increased Area of Effect on Infernal Blow would be a Godsend. Picking up massive shrines has been absolutely hilarious with this build and within that 30 seconds I can clear a vast majority of an area on that alone. I'm considering swapping Life Gain On Hit for Life Leech and seeing how that plays out as the Leech at the moment is starting to stagnate and I'm assuming its due to the flat values starting to plateau.

B Purity
R Anger
R Determination
-R Reduced Mana

Choice of Aura with Reduced Mana, multiples if you're feeling brave. Anger adds a nice chunk of DPS that pushes you into one shot territory for most mobs that are higher level, but without it you can usually pop mobs your level in one hit.

R Decoy Totem
-B Minion and Totem Elemental Resistance

Cannot overstate how useful this damn totem is. It allows you to sit and smash away at bosses while they're distracted.

B Flammability
R Molten Shell
R Enduring Cry
-R Increased Duration

Will be going with a Damage Taken Molten Shell/Enduring Cry setup when I get "Cast on Damage Taken" gem from the Library quest on Merciless, for now this'll do.

Updated with a suggested rebuild for more DPS/Health.
this build looks like alot of fun, but judging from your start.. could I instead start off as a templar?
why not use melee physical gem instead?

Your physical base is higher before conversion to fire.
Really liking this build so far :)

lv55 atm.
Stuff basically dies in two hits and with molten shell + totem on dmg taken you play quite safe.
