Item Grinding lvl 28.

If i read correctly, u must be no higher than lvl 28 and in cruel difficulty to do lvl 28 pvp. So there is no problem to farm, just go and die few times afterwards.

The highest itemlevel mod which can spawn on items which will not make them exceed the level requirement of 28 is itemlevel 36 items. so farming in 34-36 areas will be fine and allow you to maximise the range of mods which you can then use at level 28
