Frenzy and Cast on Crit. Does it work?

As titled.
Can anyone verify this? If it does work, does a skill that is activate from the cast on crit gem can reactivate it again? E.G Cast on crit + frenzy + power charge on critical. So you crit with your normal attacks, e.g cyclone, the cast on crit activates frenzy and it scores a critical hit will it give you a frenzy charge + power charge ? Why shouldn't it work? You use it as a melee attack and BAM you cast your skill (when you crit).

Cast on crit can only activate a spell on the crit, not an attack like frenzy. So no, what you're describing won't work.
It also can't 'loop', as it only triggers on an attack crit (and the triggered spell can't be an attack, so it can't trigger it) |
