And I thought they weren't going to make it.

It's a shame that a campaign like that with a solid engine didn't raised a lot more.

We all saw many others projects raise much more than that with nothing to show, but words.

Really, the Project Reality thing got a lot of money and IMHO their engines are total crap (the only exception is Temple of Elemental Evil - it was good, but never used again or improved - as some guys on obsidian worked on that) and the story is good, but I'm really tired of that way of storytelling. Don't get me wrong, their games are good, but I'm 100% sure that it can be made a lot better, their RPG's are considered epic, just because no one else stepped up with something better, and Sui Generis IMHO is a great candidate to do that... but unfortunately, it didn't received the appreciation it deserves.

same here, i also didn't believe it could ever make it, hopefully it turned out to a success, even though devs mentioned that they are doing the game regardless of anything emphasizing.

Very well put matey, just cause these guys are not popular, people just don't even bother reading what the project is all about - anyway their loss. It has always been the same boat unfortunately ! (biggest ex: DiabloIII.)
