Spectral throw mechanics?

So I've been building a Double Strike DPS Scion with a Sword and a Mace, and Spectral throw on the side.

Someone told me that the Lifesteal on Claws applies to Spectral Throw projectiles and I was intrigued - some seriously tanky builds could be made with this.

So here's a few questions about Spectral Throw mechanics:
-Does +attack speed add to Spectral throw use rate?
-Does +melee damage add to Spectral throw use rate?
-Does +projecitle damage add to Spectral throw damage?
-Do +attack damage/+attack speed while dual wielding apply to Spectral Throw damage if you are dual wielding?

Thanks in advance.

I've been playing Scion for a while now and from my experience with the passivee tree these things work. I use a 2 handed sword. Increased projectile damage does work. Increased physical damage and increase two-handed physical damage works. Increased physical damage with swords and attack speed with swords also works. The only thing to not work so far are increased melee physical damage...

+cast speed DOES NOT affect it
+attack speed DOES affect it
anything with melee in the description DOES NOT affect it (such as +melee physical damage)
+projectile damage DOES affect it
+projectile speed DOES affect it
+physical damage and +damage/speed with x weapon DOES affect it (if you are using that weapon)
+projectile damage/speed with bows DOES NOT affect it

basically just treat it as a physical bow attack except you have to use melee weapons to shoot the arrows

I don't think this was answered:

Do dual-wield passive blocks affect Spectral throw if I am dual wielding while using it?

If to not add proj speed, is it possible to run from returning weapon, so it will continue damage enemies while u spamming new and new copies?

Yes, you can do this.

You can go faster with leap slam, whirling blades, or phase run.

This isn't actually a huge deal in end-game, at that point you're throwing as much as you can to maximize DPS and there's no time to dash around for those extra few hits.

Wow so you got a couple spectral throws following you while you cannot cast anymore and you think this is a huge issue?

Even if you could run forever with 1 ST behind you it would do next to nothing.
