Decreasing gore and zoomhack question

I play on very low resolution and I have hardly any view distance at all, while i have a lot more of it when I increase the resolution. Now my first question is if it is ok to use Zoomhack or something alike, and if yes could someone give directions?

And when I fought alot of mobs they leave A huge pile of bodies and create alot of laggyness, wich becomes less (while relocating bodies) when in enter "/oos". Is there A way to turn gore down in the "production_Config.ini" file maybe?

You can also do it with one monitor, just fiddle around in windowed mode.
