If only for a couple weeks. Note that in the case of shocking there are no ways to convert lightning to fire except AoF (as far as I am aware) so shock duration may not be that long without investment.

I think that would be to powerful, it needs a drawback like -50% burn damage or possibly only change the duration so the source itself has to be something else for instance cold snap. An Lightning to fire gem would be really nice to.
