Viable v1.0 build for HC farming?

I'm kind of casual player if it comes to PoE and feel kind of lost with current v1.0 changes (played a bit in Closed Beta, then had a break when Open Beta occured). How would you recommend to build Witch for HC these days with intention to farm? I see there are quite a lot of build threads but most of them seem to be pretty outdated and/or require riddiculusly expensive equipment to work.
I would suggest molten shield with concentrated effect (saved me a lot of times), skeleton totem (ultimate bone wall), all life or ES nodes you can grab and the rest up to your preffered damage source (spork/burning/pulse/etc).
With maxed res / 30% def bosses on lv65+ maps can easily do 2500 damage per hit, which briefly stuns, so you can take another hit right away.

Thanks a lot for answer! Although I will admit I didn't understand half of it. I guess I've got to go read some PoE Dictionary x)

I forgot to mention, a good angelic kite shield is very good - it can provide 40% all element resistance + lots of armor, health and ES (energy shield).
Spork = spark + fork, usually used with double totem.
Burning = usually burn talents + elemental proliferation (effect area spread).
Pulse = freezing pulse + lesser multiple projectiles + crit talents.
Skeleton totem = summon skeleton + spell totem.
There are other builds those like double wands, discharge, etc.
