Skill Effect Duration Passive and Spark
Simple question that does not seem to have a simple answer, at least from what I have found so far on the boards.
From the patch notes: "Spark: Damage is increased at lower levels. Spark duration has been heavily reduced." Here is my question: Do the 3 'Skill Duration' passives that grant "15% Increased Skill Effect Duration" counteract the reduction to Spark duration? Edit: To clarify. My confusion results from the difference between "skill duration", in the name, and "skill effect duration" in the description. I do not know if the skill "effect" duration would apply to the spark, or the effect of the spark. Is the spark considered the skill effect? Or is the stun of a spark considered the spell "effect"? It is possible that I am over-thinking the semantics of the passive, but the switch from "skill duration" to "skill effect duration" is strange. That's a good question so bump. My guess is they mean to counteract the skill duration reduction because why else have the nodes. If no one answers by the time I get home I'll experiment on one of my free respecs in normal.

Name of the passive is not important, passive effect description below that is.
And it works, yes, passive nodes and duration support gem, too. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
