I am just wondering if Minion physical damage is affected by Avatar of Fire?

Unless it states it affects minions, then it doesn't - you can apply this to all passive nodes.

Hmmm... makes me think about having Minions that do cold damage, while you use elemental equilibrium fire damage... but I guess hatred + added cold damage isn't really impresseive enough by itself to get minion damage good enough...
