No Sceptre of God in Imperial Gardens

I have to say I'm feeling really pissed right now.

I have been trying to get to the sceptre of god in Imperial Gardens but couldn't find it.
I cleared the entire map. There was one blocked passage where i couldnt pass in the upper right corner. I cleared the rest of the map, but there was only an entrance to the library and the maze.
I walked along the borders of the map for maybe 6 or 7 times.

I asked people on global chat, but most weren't in act 3, or gave me missleading information. So i cleared maze and looked in Barracks and Battlefront, but of course didnt find anything.

After 1 hour and 20 minutes (i checked the time i created the first instance :-/) i decided to create another instance of Imperial Gardens and found the sceptre of god within 30 seconds (!).

I don't think it's intentional that the entrance sometimes doesn't spawn?

Yup same bug just happened to me :(

Although, in my case, I could clearly see an area of the map (with some chest) that I could not access. The road was blocked and I could swear there was no way around to it through the gardens... My guess is the entrance to the "Scepter of God" was in the blocked part, and the random generation of the map tiles just didn't put any way to get there :(

Edit: I noticed it can be seen on his first screenshot (look at where the highlighted monster is), you see a road leading north but it's blocked... but in my case there was a chest I could see just behind the blockade, so I knew that was a valid part of the map I should have had access to.

Just had the same thing happen to me now. I'm going to restart the instance and see if that fixes it. But no entrance spawned.
