another mini patch and no solution :(
My steam friends list: from Brazil, Russia, Ukraine and some others cant buy it, but USA, Canada, France and UK can do it without a problem. Isnt account related its more like region with problems to convert USD into those locations currency. We need some love here :( |

I don't know if it helps or not but I also can't view my steam profile; it may be a steam issue.

Add funds to your wallet directly through your steam account link, then make the purchase in game. What appeared to be failing for me was not the purchase, but the link from PoE through the "add funds to wallet" page. If you already have funds in your wallet, the purchases work.
