Still a problem as of now.
I lose the benefit from the nodes in the Influence and Sovereignty clusters when changing areas. |

" Patch 1.0.0c went out this morning (i.e. before Rhys said "in the next patch"). Guess it will be in 1.0.0d. There has to be a low point where some people stop complaining because it's just not worth it, and I have yet to see it. - Squeakypaw, 2013

another thing is as i understand it "auras u cast" means party members get the increased effect too which seems not to be the case!

I use Hatred, and Charisma node didn't apply increased effect.
