I have two VPN setups on servers in US, don't think it will reduce any lag. As my inet traffic will still have to travet to US VPN server first then to GGG's

And desync is not worse, it's the same like if I run through tight places (mobs and what nots) there is a high chance of it. Not in usual play. And i also configured AutoHotkey and it is awesome, just when you know you might be desync, make sure by using /oos macro.

Lag spikes are scary though, .5 seconds of freezes, even 2-5 seconds in worse cases now. But I think it's the sheer no of new players and the "just released" thing.
