No matter what character you are on, your account can only be in one guild at a time. This means that no matter what league you are in, you will be able to chat with anyone in your guild regardless of what league they are playing. So it's an all or nothing deal. If you want to have separate guilds for separate leagues I think your only option right now is to have separate accounts. Which is fine, since making an account is free.
