General Discussion - Infernal Mantle and Blood Magic - Forum

Because of the changes to aura-costs I was rethinking my build for the Release. I'd like to use Infernal Mantle in combination with the Blood Magic passive, but don't know (and currently can't check it in game) if using Blood Magic triggers the low on mana debuff.
