That's why I'm all for legacy items in the permanent leagues, they add another layer of complexity to the item pool, are nice to collect, and are remnants of a time that's no more. in d2 very high life and mana leech ware so easy to get,for example high life leech crafted rings.... DAMAGE REDUCED = its not cut for Your dps... that is one of most important stats in d2,make hits from mobs/players % weaker
