The problem with this is that i have to check my email every time my external IP changes and i wonder if there's a solution to disable the security thing.

Not yet, it's something they have said is coming but no idea when.
You could ask your ISP for a static address though not all providers will offer this service and others will charge. Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi
