Awesome spell sekhem 96% crit with pic. Help a noob trader PC

Is it that my item is scrap or hugely expensive?

You will find these types have mixed use mods.

The good ones here are for casting.
Excellent critical and some spell damage.
Right now worth about a chaos or two.

Everything else is buff melee and this is too low DPS for melee to use.

I use one because I found it for my crit shadow but didn't have anyone interested when I tried to sell.
